While students just sit, listen, take notes, memorized, and do problem exercises. So that the author tried alternatives in using media in the learning process, one of which is with genetic button media, namely learning by using tools in the form of objects that resemble buttons. This genetic button media is usually used in trait inheritance learning materials. In addition to using the media is also applied the learning model of the Student-Achievement Group Team, which is a cooperative learning model, which emphasizes group cooperation in understanding the material taught. Likewise with the results of observation assessments on teacher activities in learning. The use of media and learning models aims to improve student learning achievement and improve student understanding In this study who are the subject of research are students of SMA NW Mataram, class XII IPA semester V, school year 2019/2020. The results showed of student learning evaluation, the average test score in first cycle was 7.03 with a classical graduation percentage of 76.92%.&nbsp; Furthermore, the average test in second cycle is 6.43 with a classic graduation percentage of 78.57%. There was an increase in the percentage of graduations, while the average decreased. Next, the average value of the third cycle test is 6.74 with a classical graduation percentage of 85.71%, there is also an increase in accordance with the success indicator that is 85% for classical evaluation results. Likewise, the results of observation assessments on teacher activities in learning, in general showed excellent category results, reaching 78% in first cycle, 80.60% in second cycle and 86.10% in third cycle. Daun kakao yang diperoleh dari hasil pemangkasan dari perkebunan kakao belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal padahal dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan teh kombucha. Kombucha memiliki khasiat yang sangat berguna bagi tubuh manusia, salah satunya yaitu sebagai antioksidan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi konsentrasi gula terhadap derajat keasaman (pH) dan aktivitas antioksidan kombucha daun kakao (Theobroma cacao. L). Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan teh kombucha daun kakao adalah sama dengan metode teh hijau. Kombucha daun kakao difermentasi selama 14 hari dengan variasi konsentrasi gula 7,5%, 10% dan 20% (b/v). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa derajat keasaman (pH) yang dimiliki oleh kombucha daun kakao dengan konsentrasi gula 7,5%, 10% dan 20% (b/v) secara berturut-turut adalah 6,72; 6,71; dan 6,63 serta aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi dan terendah berturut-turut adalah 6,23 pada konsentrasi gula 10% dan 5,49 pada konsentrasi gula 20%. Porang is currently being developed in various places in Indonesia, one of which is North Lombok Regency with a potential of 1500 ha. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the habitat and environmental parameters of porang growing in Selelos Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency. The research method was carried out by random sampling on the porang growing habitat by observing and analyzing the environmental parameters. The results showed that the height of the porang planting site in Selelos village was growing at an altitude between 443-457 m pdl with an average of 452.71 ± 7,476 m pdl, light intensity 200-550 I with an average of 292.86 ± 120.514 I, soil pH 7.8-7.9 or with an average of 7.84±0.053, soil moisture 1.5-6 RH with an average of 2.79±1.752 RH, and soil temperature 27-28°C or with an average 27.71±0.393 °C. Data analysis with variance analysis (ANOVA) and continued with the smallest real difference test (BNT). The results showed that watering tempeh wastewater at a dose of 400 ml showed growth in tomato plant height by 17.35% and the number of leaf blades by 10.33%. While at a dose of 600 ml it is 23.18% and the number of leaf blades is 13%. This research was conducted to find out how the learning process is using a curriculum that covers approaches, models, achievement methods, learning objectives, processes and evaluations of biology learning at SMAN 7 Tangerang. Based on the results of research, the independent curriculum is applied to class X students who include intracurricular learning and projects to strengthen the profile of pancasila (5P) students, the scientific learning approach as well as the use of the models and methods determined by teachers and the selection of specialization subjects. The learning assessment is carried out with 2 report cards that are distinguished from knowledge assessment and project assessment. The shortcomings in the use of an independent curriculum are the lack of facilities in the form of sufficient learning spaces, as well as giving complicated work to school administrative staff in their management. Bamboo plants play a significant role in bioenergy programs and environmental management. Some studies had showed bamboo as a phytoremediation agent for heavy soil contaminated soil. Their rizosphere soil also an ideal habitat for potential microorganisms, which has been reported by many studies. In this study we used five bacteria isolates, which isolated from different rhizosphere soil of tana torajas’ bamboo, namely Htl.2, Hpr.6, Hk.1, Hh.5 and Hb.1. We used three different heavy metal, they are mercury (Hg), plumblum (Pb) and chromium (Cr) with a consentration range are 5 ppm and 10 ppm. The ability of isolates bacteria to adapt to heavy metals was indicated by the formation of clear zones on petridisc. Based on the results, all bacterial isolates showed different responses to heavy metal presence in their media culture. Isolates bacteria Htl2, Hpr.6 and Hb.1 form a relatively high clear zone in the heavy metal mercury (Hg). Isolates bacteria Hh.5, Hpr.6 and Hk.1 showed a high clear zone for plumbum metal (Pb), while in chromium metal (Cr) media there are an Hb.1, Hh.5 and Hpr.6 isolate forms a high clear zone. Based on morphological observations, there are four bacteria isolates classified as Gram-negative, and one isolate as Gram-positive. This analysis was carried out by students of class VIII A and B at one of the schools of SMPN 7 Palangkaraya, the experimental class had 21 students and the control class had 21 students who used purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out using test and non-test methods. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests. From the Learning Outcomes worth with the average N-gain of the Pretest experimental class is 66.67and Postest is 76.70, then the control class the pretest value is 44.09 and the postest is 56.73.Based on the hypothesis test results, namely Asmp.sig (2-tailed) worth 0.000&lt;0.050 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected has significant changes. The application to the popular article media-assisted PBL learning model is very good, as this can be expressed by the average score of the first meeting obtained with a value of 3.33 and the second meeting obtained worth 3.34. . Environmentally based diseases are still the main cause of death in Indonesia. ARI disease in Indonesia is in the 10 list of the most common diseases in hospitals. In South Sulawesi Province, the number of patients with ARI in 2016 reached 117.467 cases and most of the patients were children. The occurrence of ARI is influenced by several factors, one of which is behavioral factors such as smoking habits, the use of fuel for cooking and the use of mosquito coils. Combustion smoke contains dust particles in which there are chemical elements that cause irritation and make breathing easy for infection. This study aims to determine the effect of indoor pollutant sources with the incidence of ARI. This study used a simple random sampling technique with a sample of 59 people. The result of statistical tests at the level of significance = 0.05 showed thet there was no significant effect between smoking habits (p value = 0.407) and the use of cooking fuel (p value = 0.833) with the incidence of ARI. There is an effect of using mosquito coils (p value = 0.05) with the incidence of ISPA disease in Bontoala District, Makassar. The utilization of tamarind leaves has been developed from generation to generation in traditional communities to urban areas until now. traditionally has medicinal properties. The content of tannin compounds, flavonoids, anthroquinone, saponins. Alkaloids contained in tamarind leaves can act as antibacterial. This study aims to identify the content of chemical compounds in tamarind leaves. The design of this study used a randomized block design. The research stages began with organoleptic testing of tamarind leaves, making extracts of young tamarind leaves and old tamarind leaves, then phytochemical screening tests (alkaloid test, flavonoid test, saponin test, tannin test, and steroid/triterpenoid test) and and continued with antibacterial activity test. The results showed that young tamarind leaves did not contain alkaloids and saponins, while old tamarind leaves contained flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and steroids/terpenoids.
