PERAN GURU AKIDAH AKHLAK DALAM MEMBENTUK KEPRIBADIAN SISWA KELAS X DI MADRASAH ALIYAH AL-IJTIHAD AL-MAHSUNI DESA DANGER, KEC. MASBAGIK, KAB. LOMBOK TIMUR
Abstract
The role of the teacher is the spearhead in the formation of the moral character of students, therefore it is very necessary to improve learning, especially to improve the quality of students in every behavior, attitude and mindset in a better direction. For this reason, it is necessary for teachers to really pay attention to all their behavior, their movements on an ongoing basis without having to deny that there are still one or two people whose behavior or personality is still lacking. The purpose of the study was to find out how the role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher in shaping the student's personality. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative in the form of written or spoken words. The method used to collect data is the method of observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is inductive analysis, namely by analyzing data using the rules of thinking from things that are specific to things that are general. In this study, it was found how the role of Akidah Akhlak teachers in shaping the personality of class X students at MA Al-Ijtihad Al-Mahsuni Danger Masbagik, East Lombok.
