Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran Akidah-Akhlak dalam membentuk karakter siswa kelas VIII MTs Al-Husainy Maryam Melase Kecamatan Batulayar, Lombok Barat pada era digital tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tantangan perkembangan teknologi digital yang membawa dampak positif sekaligus negatif terhadap sikap, perilaku, dan nilai moral peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Akidah-Akhlak dilaksanakan dengan strategi yang menekankan penguatan nilai-nilai keimanan, keteladanan, pembiasaan, serta integrasi media digital secara selektif. Implementasi pembelajaran tersebut terbukti mampu menumbuhkan sikap religius, disiplin, tanggung jawab, serta etika pergaulan siswa baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun dalam penggunaan teknologi. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kendala berupa kurangnya kontrol penggunaan gawai di luar jam sekolah dan pengaruh lingkungan digital yang kurang mendukung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Akidah-Akhlak berperan signifikan dalam membentuk karakter siswa pada era digital, dengan catatan diperlukan sinergi antara guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sekitar untuk memaksimalkan hasilnya.

This research aims to describe the role of the principal in fostering teacher discipline in Islamic Kindergarten Al Aziziyah Kapek Islamic Kindergarten, Gunungsari, West Lombok. Teacher discipline is an important factor in creating a conducive and professional learning environment and professional learning environment, thus requires effective leadership from the principal. This research using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the principal has a strategic role as a motivator, coach, as well as supervisors in enforcing teacher discipline. UPAYA GURU TAHFIDZ DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI MENGHAFAL AL-QUR’AN PADA SISWA KELAS V SDI AL-AZIZIYAH KAPEK GUNUNG SARI LOMBOK BARAT

This study aims to describe the efforts of tahfidz teachers in improving the competence of memorizing the Qur'an in fifth grade students of SDI Al-Aziziyah Kapek, Gunung Sari, Lombok Barat. The competence of memorizing the Qur'an is one of the important aspects of Islamic education that requires effective learning strategies and the right psychological approach. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that tahfidz teachers applied several strategies, including the talaqqi and tasmi' methods, providing spiritual and emotional motivation, and using supporting media such as murattal recordings. In addition, teachers also take an individual approach to students who have difficulty in memorizing. Supporting factors for the success of this effort include teacher commitment, support from the school environment, and parental involvement. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced include differences in student abilities, time constraints, and student concentration problems. In conclusion, the efforts of tahfidz teachers are instrumental in improving students' Qur'an memorization competence, although sustainable strategies are needed to overcome the various challenges that exist.

The learning process of Islamic Religious Education in PAUD is often faced with various problems that are influenced by: (1) internal factors of students include intelligence, children's capacity to catch, as well as socioemotional aspects such as feelings of jealousy, fear, stubbornness, and tendency to lie; (2) external factors include the school environment, lack of family attention to children's education, and the influence of the community's social environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the implementation of educational values in the Ta'lim Muta'allim book at the As-syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School through: (1) observation; (2) interview; and (3) documentation, which then reveals various problems in learning Islamic Religious Education at Al Hidayah PAUD in the form of: (1) the difficulty of students in reading the Qur'an; (2) the lack of parental support; (3) the limited allocation of learning time; (4) the existence of stubborn and stubborn children; and (5) children's critical questions about Allah SWT and the punishment of hell, so that various handling efforts are needed such as: (1) directing parents to entrust their children to the Quranic teacher after the Maghrib prayer; (2) scheduling special Qur'anic learning every Friday; (3) applying the habituation method; (4) learning while playing through singing, storytelling and travel; (5) creating a conducive learning environment with the concept of fun learning; and (6) strengthening cooperation with parents of students.

EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL PEMBELAJARAN FIKIH DI MTS NW BAGIK PAYUNG

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving the learning outcomes of fiqh at MTs NW Bagik Payung. The background of this study is the importance of implementing a learning model that is able to develop critical thinking skills and an in-depth understanding of fiqh concepts. The research method used was a quasi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class using the PBL model and the control class using the conventional learning model. The data collection technique was carried out through a fiqh learning outcome test before and after treatment. Data were analyzed using the t-test to determine the difference in learning outcomes between the two groups. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students using the PBL model and students using the conventional model. The average post-test score of the experimental class was higher than the control class. Thus, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model is effective in improving the learning outcomes of fiqh at MTs NW Bagik Payung. This study recommends that fiqh teachers consider using the PBL model as an alternative innovative learning method.

The Indonesian Ulema Council plays an urgent and central role in strengthening the unity of the nation and state which is full of diversity because the results of the legitimacy tools in the form of fatwas and discourses will influence the social, political, and cultural life of society. The role of the Indonesian Ulema Council in the context of elections cannot be separated from its legitimacy tools, namely fatwas and discourses, in the context of legitimacy tools in the form of discourses, there are several discourse products, namely: calls and recommendations (tausiyah), warnings (tadzkirah), mandates/instructions (amanah), statements of attitude, contributions of thought, and guidelines (taujihat). This study uses literature review research on the MUI Taujihat. The results show that in 2024, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) carries out and plays its role as a Fatwa Issuer (Mufti), as a Guide and Servant of the People (Ra'iy wa Khadim al ummah), as an Upholder of Amar Ma'ruf and Nahi Munkar, as a Pioneer of the Movement for the Improvement of the People (Ishlah al-Ummah), and as a bearer of the leadership of the people (Qiyadah al-ummah).

The enactment of Law No. 61 of 2024 concerning the Amendment to Law No. 39 of 2008 on State Ministries marks the final legislative gift from the President and the House of Representatives at the end of their term. Amid a lack of public legitimacy in the law-making process, there exists a potential for autocratic legalism that could undermine the principles of constitutionalism. This article explores two key issues: (1) What is the character of the legal product resulting from the amendment to the Ministry Law during the lame-duck session? and (2) What are the manifestations of autocratic legalism that occur during and after the amendment to the Ministry Law? The analysis is conducted through a conceptual and statutory approach. The findings indicate that the amendment to the Ministry Law exhibits the characteristics of an orthodox legal product and simultaneously serves as a foundation for autocratic legalism in the post-transition government.

Keanekaragaman yang ada di Indonesia baik itu dari segi agamanya keyakinan dan ormas-ormasnya, hal inilah yang membuat indonesia kelihatannya menjadi tidak akur disebabkan karena perbedaan-perbedaan tersebut. Akan tetapi jika indonesia bisa saling mengahargai antara satu sama lain maka indonesia akan menjadi negara yang sangat kuat baik dari segi agama, budaya, kultural dan terlebih lagi ekonomi masyarakat. Hal inilah yang menjadi daya tarik tersendiri dalam kajian studi agama di Indonesia disebabkan karena beragamnya objek kajian dan metode kajiannya dan kajian yang memposisikan agama sebagai doktrin disebut dengan pendekatan teologis normatif sedangkan kajian yang memposisikan agama sebagai realitas sosial maka disebut dengan pendekatan historis, sosiologis, dan antropologi. Akan tetapi yang menjadi permasalahan dalam dewasa ini adalah kurangnya toleransi dan saling tolong menolong antar sesama umat manusia terlebih lagi ketika ada perbedaan diantara kedua belah pihak baik itu dari segi keyakinan dan pemahaman. Dalam Islam sendiri sangat menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai perbedaan baik dalam hal apapun selama tidak keluar dari koridor aturan masing-masing agama. Dan metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode kepustakaan (library risearch), dan hasil dari penulisan ini memberikan makna bahwa pendekatan teologis normatif dalam Islam dapat dipahami dan diamati pada pemahaman atau pemaknaan Nash al-Qur`an dan Hadits, sehingga para agamawan dalam memahami al-Qur`an dan hadits tidak hanya menggunakan satu pendekatan saja akan tetapi dengan menggunakan berbagai macam pendekatan seperti Teologi Filosofis, Normatif Sosilogis dll dengan tujuan bahwa agama itu tidak jumud dalam suatu permasalahan. Sehingga ketika al-Qur`an dan Hadits dimaknai dengan teori-teori pendekatan tersebut maka segala problem yang ada di dalam masyarakat bisa terselesaikan dengan aman dan tentram tanpa harus saling menyalahkan dan pertumpahan darah, karena al-Qur`an dan Hadits berisi dua pokok yaitu prinsip Fundamental dan alat sebagai penghubung untuk mencapai prinsip-prinsip fundamental tersebut. Selain itu juga menjadikan para pemelunya lebih faham terhadap agama tanpa ada unsur fanatisme buta dengan orang lain atau kelompok tertentu disebabkan karena mereka mampu membedakan mana yang dikatakan ta`abbudi dan mana yang disebut dengan amaliayah.

This research examines the implementation of Our'ani values contained in the Al-Qur'an Surah Ali Imran Verse 104 towards the management of the Ta'lim Council as a forum for community empowerment at Ponpes Syaikh Zainuddin Atsani NW Sesela West Lombok. Inhibiting factors in improving the quality of management of the Ponpes Syaikh Zainuddin Atsani NW Sesela West Lombok Ta'lim Council and the efforts made to improve the quality of management are also discussed in this research. Field research methods are used to obtain concrete data that is relevant to the problem being discussed. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method using data sources from interviews, observation and documentation to obtain accurate and justifiable conclusions. The results of the research show that every Muslim has an obligation to remind each other of kindness and mutual help, in accordance with Islamic teachings as emphasized in Surah Ali Imran Verse 104.
